A red Toyota truck is towed away from inside Bria Apartments on Southeast 146th and East Burnside Street. The vehicle ended up there after a man and woman were shot allegedly by Border Patrol in Portland, Oregon, Thursday, January, 8, 2026.

They came to Oregon to chase their own versions of the American dream.
