Description

People who received two documented doses of the MMR vaccine at any point in their life are considered protected against measles. According to the CDC, two doses are 97% effective and offer lifelong protection.

In just the last week, Oregon has issued measles exposure alerts at four Portland-area locations, including an emergency department waiting room, a grocery store and two restaurants.
