Description

8-year-old Evelyn Decker (left), 9-year-old Paityn Decker (center), and 5-year-old Olivia Decker (right) were found dead on Monday after they were reported missing when their father didn’t return them after a visit.

The disappearance last week of three young sisters who were found dead Monday after their father failed to return them to their mother has raised questions about why Washington authorities didn’t issue an Amber Alert.
