On Monday at 10:49 a.m. a wind advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 10 p.m. for Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service states to expect, "Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph."
