At 11:11 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a wind advisory valid for Wednesday between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley and Malheur County.
The weather service informs, "West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected."
