Description

On Friday at 12:48 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory valid for Saturday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.

The weather service comments, "Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
