On Sunday at 1:38 p.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Monday 4 a.m. until Wednesday 3 p.m. for Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
The weather service states to be ready for, "Total snow accumulations between 5 and 11 inches."
