Description

A winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 9:02 p.m. valid from Monday 5 a.m. until Tuesday 5 p.m. for North Oregon Cascades.

The weather service adds, "Have a winter emergency driving kit readily available. Common items to include: flashlight, batteries, blankets, a shovel, water, non-perishable food items, tire chains, etc."
