At 8:35 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid for Saturday between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. for Upper Hood River Valley.

The weather service adds to anticipate, "Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches."
