An impressive turnout of 29 dedicated leaders came together to share insights, recharge, and refocus. The session provided a vital space for leaders to discuss what energizes them in their roles and what challenges they face. Governor Waugh emphasized that while metrics are important, the core focus must remain on the meaning and purpose behind why we join and serve in Rotary. After lunch, attendees heard valuable updates from District Membership Cheerleader Kellie Hill and District Public Image Chair Deanna Rivera.
