Sheriff's officials say that Tracy Ann Davidson, 57, is accused of third-degree assault, first-degree disorderly conduct and harrassment.

Deputies arrested a woman on accusations of assault after she allegedly hit an emergency medical technician with a bag containing an unknown powdered substance at a Clackamas hospital on Friday.
