Description
A Multnomah County grand jury declined to indict a 41-year-old woman accused of fatally shooting a man outside a Northeast Portland Safeway last month.
Ashe Sarethi was accused of shooting Jasen Fitzsimmons, 42, in the July 18 shooting. She was released from Multnomah County custody on August 15, the same day a grand jury declined to charge her with second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
