McDaniel High School sophomore Griffin Hoffmann, who turned 16 less than a month earlier, was found dead from an accidental fentanyl overdose in his bedroom the morning of March 7, 2022.

The parents of Griffin Hoffmann shared separate messages at Tuesday’s federal sentencing of the man who supplied the fentanyl pill that killed their 16-year-old son.
