The king of observational comedy, Jim Gaffigan, is coming back to Bend next summer and he’s ready to test our capacity for Hot Pocket references, err we mean, laughter. Picture it: a golden Cascade sunset along the Deschutes River, and Jim hilariously pondering why our hiking snacks have the caloric footprint of a minivan, or why Bend has 47 roundabouts but zero ways to leave a farmer’s market with under $80 of peaches, and whether SPF 8 is really “plenty.” Of course, he’s bringing brand new material, perfect for date night or family night, and we can expect the relentless riffs to keep rolling like the river in the background.
