In these turbulent times, we desperately need community practices and rituals that nourish our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls. This mini forest bathing experience includes a guided sensory meditation, a nature connection invitation to reduce stress and anxiety, and a community circle for (optional) sharing and listening in a non-judgmental space. Each week’s invitation is different, come each week to develop a practice to integrate into your own self-care routine and deepen relationships in the community. Forest bathing is a guided nature experience that blends mindfulness and connection with the natural world. It helps quiet the mental chatter and brings your attention into the present moment through your senses. By slowing down and tuning in, your body naturally shifts into a relaxed, restorative state, reducing stress and supporting overall well-being.
