Jack Dickinson, famous for a chicken suit he wears to the protests outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portland, is among several people suing the Trump administration for alleged violations of their First Amendment rights.

Protesters and freelance journalists are suing the Trump administration, claiming federal officers’ use of force against them during protests outside the Portland immigration facility violated their first amendment rights.
