Description

Jack Dickinson, who wore a fleece chicken suit at protests, was one of the named plaintiffs in the case before U.S. District Judge Michael H. Simon, challenging federal officers' use of force against passive protesters and freelance journalists.

A three-judge federal appellate panel voted 2-1 to continue to block two lower court orders that had restricted federal officers’ use of tear gas and other munitions against protesters outside Portland’s immigration enforcement building.
