Case 25-19746 | Theft in Progress Arrests Earlier this month, officers responded to a theft in progress at Dick’s Sporting Goods after loss prevention reported three males walking out with armfuls of unpaid clothing. Officers quickly located and apprehended all three suspects, recovering $2,475.96 in men’s clothing and accessories. Each suspect was charged with Theft I and Conspiracy, with additional charges of PCS Cocaine, PCS Fentanyl, and Providing False Information to Police.
