East Village Incident Update. Officers responded to a call at Orenco Station Apartments after a man was seen on the roof attempting to access a unit. The individual, Kevin Harris Burnett (DOB 06/19/84), believed a former partner still lived there. Burnett, who appeared to be under the influence, was safely taken into custody and lodged on a felony warrant for burglary out of Washington County. Additional charges may be pending as the investigation continues (Case #25-14208).
