The former head of Clackamas County's vector control district now faces 17 felony counts after investigators say he misappropriated $200,000.

The fired head of Clackamas County’s vector control district was arraigned Thursday in Circuit Court on allegations that he spent $200,000 of public money on computers, tools and drones that he then sold or kept for himself.
