Bend pitcher Addisen Fisher winds up as the Lava Bears take on Lebanon in the Oregon Class 5A softball championship on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Jane Sanders Stadium in Eugene. Bend won 2-1.

One of the top young players in college softball, and one of Oregon’s best high school players ever, is headed east.
