A freeze warning was released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 9:58 p.m. valid for Saturday between midnight and 8 a.m. for Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
The weather service informs, “Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees expected.”
