GET MOVING WITH THE COOS BAY LIBRARY THIS SUMMER  
  
The Coos Bay Public Library will be closed on Saturday May 23rd through Monday May 25th for the Memorial Day holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday May 26th at 10 a.m.   
  
As the days get longer and warmer it sometimes feels like we are emerging from our very own winter hibernation. If the thought of summer has you feeling invigorated, come burn some energy at the Coos Bay Public Library this week!   
  
On Wednesday, May 27 Corinne Dendy will be teaching community Zumba from 5:30-6:30 p.m. This class is free and appropriate for all levels from beginners to Zumba fanatics. So, wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring your water for this fun dance-based workout. Open to teens and adults.   
  
If you prefer a more relaxed way to get in touch with your body, join Kelli Bosak on Saturday, May 30 for Yoga from 9-10 a.m. This beginner friendly class will help you stretch and release the tension from a hard week of work. Adults and teens are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water and a yoga mat if you have one and enjoy this Free class.   
  
If all this sunshine has you itching to get outside, Join the SoleMates community walk Saturday, May 30 from 10-11 a.m. to take a walk around Mingus Park. Enjoy the beauty of Mingus Park as you stroll along the paths and listen to the sounds of nature. This walk is open to all ages.
