Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies Graduate from Basic Patrol Academy SALEM, Ore. - Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) celebrated the graduation of Deputy Frank and Deputy Maynard from the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards & Training Basic Patrol Academy today in Salem, Ore. The deputies spent the last 16 weeks at the Academy, learning the basics of what it takes to serve in law enforcement. Deputy Frank was a class squad leader and started at JCSO as a Corrections deputy before being selected to transfer to Patrol.
