Join us on Friday, December 26 for a FREE Sound Bath with Lorelei Cameron of Siren Song Singing Bowls! We will be hosting two one-hour sessions, one at 3:00pm and one at 6:00pm. Singing bowls, also known as sound bowls work by producing vibrations and sounds when struck or rubbed with a mallet. The vibration and sounds can be used to promote relaxation. We advise that patrons bring their own yoga mats and blankets as body temperature can drop during the sound bowls. SPACE IS LIMITED - Register online and arrive early to secure your spot!
