Jason Edward Lowery, 52, pleaded guilty Monday to distribution of explosives by a non-licensee, the U.S. attorney’s news release said.

A 52-year-old Klamath Falls man pleaded guilty Monday to illegally distributing explosives, U.S. Attorney Scott E. Bradford for the District of Oregon said in a statement Wednesday.
