A 41-year-old man died by suicide in Clark County’s jail on July 29, Medical Examiner’s officials said.

Curran E. Fine, a volunteer firefighter from Vancouver, was facing a charge of first-degree arson after a fire burned the home of a friend he’d been living with, court records show.
