OSU release - CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State's Dylan Black was named to The Patrick Mannelly Award Watch List, an honor given to the nation's best long snapper. Ten semifinalists will be announced on Monday, November 17. Those names will be narrowed to three finalists announced on Monday, December 1 and the winner selected at a live ceremony in Lake Bluff on Saturday, December 13. Black, a redshirt senior from Reno, Nev., has played in 46 games at Oregon State and was a semifinalist for the Witten Man of the Year Award in 2024. He participated in Beavers Without Borders and traveled to the Dominican Republic where they helped build a new floor on the orphanage building to house more children. Black also volunteered at the Fun Run 2025 ran by St Jude Children's Hospital to help raise money and participated in Dam Able to assist members of the community with disabilities.
