De’Lone Kelley, 32, and Samantha Smith, 29, appeared in court on May 9 after they missed their original sentencing date on April 4.

A Multnomah County Judge on Friday handed down years-long sentences to two parents who pleaded guilty to exposing their three-year-old son to fentanyl, leaving him with severe brain damage.
