Description

Police have identified the person they arrested for allegedly stabbing a man to death in Southeast Portland on Saturday.

Patrick Nshizirungu, 32, of Portland, is accused of second-degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon for the stabbing, which happened around 2:20 a.m. in a parking lot in the 10200 block of Southeast Pine Street, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement.
