A 1910 Craftsman in Northeast Portland’s Irvington Historic District is for sale. A central entry crosshall is between the living room and dining room. The kitchen has island seating and a break nook. The butler’s pantry is between the remodeled kitchen and the restored dining room. A breakfast nook can accommodate a table for six people. The house has a powder room on the main level and four bathrooms on the second and lower levels. The Craftsman-style dogleg staircase has straight balusters supporting the handrail. The August Olson House is in the National Register of Historic Places. The covered front porch columns and exterior chimney were constructed of intentionally irregular clinker brick and boulders. The house has a heavily rusticated chimney and a front portico with clinker brick and boulders. The 0.29-acre corner lot has several patios and an outdoor kitchen.
