Portland is celebrating Dolly Parton Day with rhinestones, big hair and plenty of music Friday at Darcelle XV Plaza.

Portland will gather Friday evening to honor the life and legacy of country music icon Dolly Parton with a free public celebration featuring live performances, dancing and a community singalong at Darcelle XV Plaza.
