Officials with the Oregon Health Authority and Multnomah County said anyone who was at WinCo Foods, 2511 S.E. 1st St. in Gresham, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. March 7 could have been exposed to measles. A WinCo Foods sign is pictured in a file photo.

People who shopped at a Gresham grocery store earlier this month may have been exposed to measles, state health officials said.
