Description
A 2.8-magnitude earthquake was recorded off the South Oregon Coast, Saturday, July 18. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located near the outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, west to southwest of Port Orford in Curry Co. On Sunday, a 5.6-magnitude quake was recorded southwest of Port McNeill, off Vancouver Island, near the outer fault line and at a depth of six-miles.
