Congress passed a measure that will ban nearly all hemp CBD products in November 2026, making them close to, if not impossible, to access, (“Oregon among states scrambling to save hemp industry — and THC, CBD products — as ban looms,” Dec. 4). These non-intoxicating, currently federally legal products are vital tools that many individuals with chronic pain –including veterans, seniors and children – rely on to manage pain, sleep, anxiety, and more.
