Tax season always makes me stop and reflect on how my tax dollars will be put to use. Can I earmark my Oregon taxes to go to education, rather than pay for a renovation of the Moda Center? (“Trail Blazers’ arena renovation to get $365 million taxpayer contribution, Oregon lawmakers decide,” March 6).
