RETAIL THEFT OPERATION RESULTS IN 15 ARRESTS IN HILLSBORO On April 24, Hillsboro Police partnered with local retailers for a coordinated retail theft enforcement operation funded through the Oregon Retail Theft Grant Program, focused on accountability, safety, and prevention. Some cases led to the recovery of weapons and identification of individuals with prior criminal activity.
