RETAIL THEFT OPERATION RESULTS IN 15 ARRESTS IN HILLSBORO  
  
On April 24, Hillsboro Police partnered with local retailers for a coordinated retail theft enforcement operation funded through the Oregon Retail Theft Grant Program, focused on accountability, safety, and prevention.  
  
During the operation:  
• 20 individuals were contacted  
• Multiple arrests were made, including cases involving firearms and outstanding warrants  
• Repeat offenders and trespass violations were identified  
• Ongoing theft activity, including potential organized efforts, was disrupted

Tapia Rivera, Luis Gerardo – Theft III, Criminal Trespass I
