Rowe (38}, Summary:  On September 9, 2026, a report of a robbery was received at that location. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect who was later identified as Marvin W. Rowe had fled from the location on a bicycle prior to deputies arrival on the scene.  After an investigation probable cause has been issued for the arrest of Marvin W.
