Rotary Airport Park Chair, Samantha Oswald, keeps this project moving forward and presents the Master Plan to the Bay Area Chamber Wednesday Business Connection. The park has existed for 60 years the club is making a significant investment to upgrade and revitalize the park for a variety of users including those with special needs. The club is now seeking engineers to put cost estimates together for the first phase that will include work on underground infrastructure and the ball park area. She is working with a member of the NB Youth Baseball Program which has maintained and invested in the fields for years. The business community, as well as individuals, can also participate by purchasing commemorative bricks that will be used throughout the park. The park is located in the Airport Heights area in North Bend and will be a legacy project that will be designed for decades to come.
