SCAM ALERT: That call is not us. Scammers are posing as Hillsboro Police officers, telling residents they missed jury duty and will be arrested unless they pay with gift cards. Several people have been targeted recently. The Hillsboro Police Department will never call to demand payment, and never with gift cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. Courts don't collect money that way either. If you get a call like this, hang up.
