On Dec. 20, 2024, Cornejo-Morales fired five shots at 15-year-old Zenon Elias Mendez, who was parked in a car in the Clackamas Town Center's parking lot on.

A second person connected to the shooting of a teenager at Clackamas Town Center last year pleaded guilty Friday to assault in the second degree and unlawful use of a weapon.
