The Oregon Pioneer atop the state capitol on Feb. 2. The director of the Oregon state government’s top HR office was fired this week amid an investigation involving her and at least one other employee.

Jessica Knieling, director of the Oregon state government’s top human resources office for more than three years, was fired this week amid an investigation involving her and at least one other departing employee.
