Orchid Health Community Health Worker Daisy Cruz helps distribute fresh produce from partner food banks during the Produce Plus program at Orchid’s McKenzie River Clinic. Orchid Health clinics provide healthcare to over 5,000 patients in rural communities across Oregon. CHWs like Cruz build trusting relationships with patients and families, connecting them to resources, care and support.

This year’s Top Workplaces competition included special citations for three leaders and 13 workplaces. The awards reflect standout scores for employee agreement with attributes surveyed by Energage, the Oregonian/OregonLive’s research partner.
