Description

At 1:02 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory valid for Wednesday between 4 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley.

The weather service adds, "West winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
