Description

A winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 1:32 a.m. valid from 5 a.m. until Friday 5 p.m. for Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

The weather service describes, "Heavy snow expected Above 4000 feet. Total snow accumulations between 8 to 15 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph between 5 a.m. And 8 p.m. Today."
