You don't have to wait for the new year to forge a new healthy habit! Join us for FREE fitness activities this month facilitated by Coos Bay Library.
🧘🏽 Community Yoga will take place on Saturdays November 8 & 22 from 9:00am – 10:00am in the Myrtlewood Room
💃 Community Zumba will take place place on Wednesdays November 12 & 26 from 5:30pm – 6:30pm in the Myrtlewood Room
🥾 The Sole Mates' Community Walk will take place on Saturday, November 22 from 10:00am – 11:00am at the John Topits Upper Loop trail (355 Hull St)
All activities are free and beginner friendly. We hope you take a step towards better health and join in on the fun!
