LAS VEGAS — Ross Douglas was a graduate assistant for two seasons at Rutgers when Greg Schiano returned to Piscataway. Schiano retained the then-25-year-old “conscientious” Douglas and helped him land jobs at Richmond and the New England Patriots.
Five years later, the Douglas enters his first season as Oregon’s wide receivers coach.
