A crew works to repair power lines in Oregon. PacifiCorp, one of the two investor-owned electric utilities in the state, is asking regulators to approve another rate increase.

PacifiCorp is asking state regulators to approve another increase in electricity rates in Oregon — and to let part of that increase take effect almost immediately while the case is under review.
