Description

The Glock pistol Judge Channing Bennett kept under his desk in his chambers at the Marion County Courthouse. The Oregon Judicial Department released photographs of the gun and the desk where Bennett kept it in response to questions from The Oregonian/OregonLive.

The embattled Marion County judge who directed a string of obscenities at his colleagues while intoxicated during an after-hours social event in April kept a loaded and unsecured handgun in his chambers, public records show.
